LOW LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! Well, I’m not surprised seeing all these previous 1 star reviews. I really wanted to go to this clinic for laser epilation when I come to Dubai every year for 6 months but this happened. I wanted to buy 3 sessions of armpits and bikini and a lady on instagram told me I can spend it during 1 year, that’s what I planned, 2 times this season and 1 time next season. Then a lady at reception told me the same, so I bought it. After some time I got a message that my package is over soon, I said again that’s it’s for 1 year and a lady confirmed and extended. After one more month I got another message that my package is expired. I tried to explain AGAIN that two times administrators told me I can use it for 1 year and they agreed to extend for me because its THEIR MISTAKE but unfortunately director of the clinic decided to lose one client forever and didn’t do exception for me because his STUFF DID THIS MISTAKE! I was very surprised. This is absolutely not a russian service. So I had to go for the third time when I didn’t need it at all. My mistake was only that i didnt read a contract. So, please, be careful. Girls below started to complain about the laser so maybe everything is for the better and I just need to find another clinic

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I purchased a package of 1400 dhs for 3 sessions, I haven’t even utilized 1 session and they just decided to shut down without informing the customers. The management is extremely rude and not opening to listen to the issues or provide any solutions. Instead talking about ethics and teaching me about legalities.

It’s a scam and absolute disrespect towards client! The center decided to shut down and no refund was made to me. I provided all my bank details. Instead of a refund, I got a call on Saturday morning “you must come to our office to get a refund today”. This must be reported to authorities.

It’s scam of money. I got package and no one explained about any exp date ! Now I had agreed to have last appointment for what I paid on 31 May and they reply to me now that it’s over and I don’t get anything . No laser and no money ! I paid for package on full as they wanted! It’s horrible How it’s even legal ?
