I had an excellent experience with Dr. Shweta. From the very first appointment, they were professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. They took the time to listen to all my concerns, explained the diagnosis clearly, and provided a treatment plan for Eczema . I saw noticeable improvements in my skin within a few weeks. The clinic was clean and organized, and the staff was also friendly Dr. Shweta is knowledgeable and compassionate. I’m truly grateful for the care I received.

I’ve experienced frequent delays with my appointments here. Even with a scheduled time, I often have to wait because the previous patient is still inside. Booking an appointment should mean being seen on time. They really need to improve their time management to provide a better experience for patients. 👎🏻

Since becoming a customer in 2020, I've been disappointed by the recent relocation of Al Nahda staff and management to the Jumeirah branch. The customer service has been unsatisfactory. For the past three days, I've repeatedly called the Jumeirah branch to inquire about my sessions, but haven't received a response. Receptionists have promised to call back, but haven't followed through. Today, after multiple calls, I was told the website was down and then disconnected. This lack of responsiveness is concerning and needs to be addressed.

Best best clinic and doctor I had a very bad skin problem and dr shweta solve this problem I went to another clinic and no any results but with minal clinic like magic she solved this skin problem and the staf very excellent they are professional special thanks to ishwari she is one of the best in this clinic and also I thank pativa Lizy . Highly recommended.

I got my hydra facial by saali yesterday, absolutely loveeee the results plus the highly professional behavior 🥹 she was so kind and nice throughout. the rest of the staff was welcoming too. love it!
