Had a wonderful experience in this clinic. All of the staffs are very accommodating.. Place is very clean and calming, thats why I feel relaxed while Im having my session(PRP for my Hair).. Just want to give thanks from the reception are who are very approachable, to Ms. Jackie who is very kind and really helped us for the procedure and to Mr Henry as well. Before visiting the clinic, Ms. Sara, the person in charge, patiently shared the clinic’s special treatments and the doctors’ qualifications through online communication. They have experienced doctors from Europe and the US, Arab doctors, and Korean doctors. Based on the initial communication and my personal preference, I always wanted a Korean doctor for the treatment, as it is particularly difficult to find a top-notch professional Korean injection doctor in Dubai who understands the aesthetic needs of Asian clients. When I arrived at the clinic, the service was exceptionally attentive. Throughout the entire process, from consultation to injection, I was accompanied by a bilingual assistant who provided English and Chinese translation, as well as a professional nurse, which helped alleviate my fear of the pain during the injection. During the consultation, Dr. Oh, the Korean doctor, took the time to thoroughly understand my needs and professionally advised on suitable treatments based on my specific condition. During the treatment, the doctor used his unique injection technique tailored to my needs, bringing significant improvement to the areas I was concerned about. This time, I chose the clinic’s exclusive customized skin booster treatment. After the injection, the assistant sent me post-treatment care instructions and followed up on my recovery. Ms. Sara, was also personally involved, demonstrating great care for the client experience. Having visited most of the clinics in Dubai, I would choose this clinic for my regular maintenance treatments in the future.
