I had Mesoterapy for Rejuvenation with Dr. Mariam and it was excellent! Did 3 sessions but I could see results from the first one. Skin texture and tonality improved, felt my face lifted and it even helped with my dark under eyes. Mariam was very nice, professional and knowledgeable, gave good advice on ways to improve my skin condition further. Absolutely recommend!

I was disappointed with my experience at Dr. Namir’s clinic. I had to wait for two hours, and each time I checked, the nurse informed me that he was still with another patient. While I understand that doctors can have unpredictable schedules, good time management is essential in providing quality patient care. Unfortunately, I did not receive an apology for the delay. I believe that respecting patients’ time is just as important as medical expertise. If delays are inevitable, a simple courtesy call to reschedule would go a long way in improving the experience.

I had a truly excellent experience at Leader Clinic with Dr. Heba. I did a SkinPen treatment and a facial cleansing session — both were outstanding. Dr. Heba is incredibly skilled, pays close attention to every detail, and is genuinely dedicated to her work. The facial was the best I’ve ever had, and the results were amazing. She also follows up after the session, which shows how much she cares about her patients. I’d also like to thank Basma for her amazing support. She was so patient and helpful in arranging an appointment that fit my tight work schedule. The customer service at Leader Clinic is truly top-notch.
