The overall staff is very kind and service is good along with the charges for services is very affordable. I have done hair cut, keratin treatment, gel pedicure and manicure, body massage and other services. Just the receptionist is not sure with the appointments taken so twice after reaching the salon I was told the service is not possible for service of which I had already taken appointments and my time was wasted.

WORSE SERVICE EVER. I went to do a red ombré. It took 6 hours of my day to do a simple highlight, which destroyed my hair and put a red colour on top. He had to do it twice, and still, I have many colours. On top of that he had another client complaining about his service and trying to solve it. I ended up leaving and paying 600 dirhams basically to someone who just destroyed my hair. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON (especially the hairdresser)

Had a terrible waxing experience here. They use a very poor quality roll wax that does not heat or spread properly, leading to a LOT of unwaxed patches. I had to point out at the end of session for staff to redo almost 3 times which made my skin utterly irritable and red. Mind you, my skin does not turn red easily. Two people attended to me for a faster service however only 1 was trained well, the other must have been a beginner making the experience even more miserable. Paid about 200aed for this- extremely dissatisfied and never going back here again
