a month agoVery suspicious salon with unprofessional “doctors”. They used a laser to remove my brow tattoo without any protective goggles, which I found extremely unsafe. The technician specifically warned me not to touch the white part of my tattoo with the laser because it would turn green, and we both agreed it would be terrible. However, she went ahead and did it anyway, and now I’m permanently scarred with green stains around my brows. I also did a facial there, and I told her my skin is sensitive and very dry, so I needed a hydrating facial. Instead, she forced me to do a “light peel” even after I told her I did not want any harsh chemicals. She insisted it would be good for my pores and then charged me extra for it. Their skincare products smelled like cheap chemicals, and my skin was worse after – especially my lips, which reacted badly to some shady product they used, leaving me with a rash. When I reached out afterwards to ask them to fix the blue stains on my brows, they said their so-called doctor was on vacation for weeks and apparently no one else could help. When I asked again, they just stopped replying. Overall, it’s a terrible clinic with unprofessional staff, unsafe practices, and zero care for their clients once they’ve taken your money.
