She not only explained everything about shaving and the laser process clearly, but also made me feel completely at ease. What really stood out was when she drew my blood for PRP, I'm usually very dramatic about these things, but Rachel handled it so gently and professionally that I instantly felt comfortable. Since then, I've become a regular client and now do all my treatments exclusively with her.
