4 weeks agoâ 1 Star â I wish I could give zero. Stay FAR away from this clinic! This was hands down the worst experience of my life. They completely ruined my lips. The procedure was done in the most unprofessional and careless way imaginable. I honestly doubt the competence or proper training of the person who treated me. After the damage was done, it only got worse: They showed no responsibility, no willingness to fix their mistake, and offered zero proper aftercare. I was left completely on my own with botched lips and emotional distress â and they couldnât care less. This place is irresponsible, unqualified, and highly untrustworthy. I regret ever walking through their door. đ Please â do yourself a favor and stay away from this clinic. This has been a traumatic, expensive and painful experience I wouldnât wish on anyone.

It felt like my face was in the hands of someone who had no idea what they were doing. I kept thinking, âThis canât be right.â But by the time I realized how bad it was, it was already too late. What followed was worse than the botched procedure itself: No help. No empathy. No responsibility. I was left with swollen, uneven, painful lips and nobody even bothered to check in. I begged for advice, for a solution, all I got was silence. I spent days in physical pain and weeks in emotional distress, staring at the damage in the mirror and wondering if it would ever heal. This clinic doesnât just lack professionalism it lacks basic human decency. Avoid it like your well-being depends on it. Because it does.
