Dr. Ahmad Al Machour is truly exceptional — professional, knowledgeable, and always attentive to what I need. He listens carefully and delivers natural, beautiful results every time. Special thanks to: His nurse Ms .Jacky is incredibly kind and gentle, making each visit smooth and comfortable. Ms. Dana is always welcoming and organized , making sure everything runs efficiently. And the therapist Ms.Nada is amazing — so skilled and caring, I always leave feeling refreshed and well taken care of. The whole team creates such a warm, respectful, and professional atmosphere. 2 weeks agoIt’s unacceptable to cancel a confirmed consultation just because someone else came in and booked surgery. Even if the doctor’s work is good, this kind of behavior completely destroys trust. Twice from the same clinic? That’s beyond unprofessional and reflects poor planning and zero responsibility. To be honest, I was planning to go ahead with a procedure at your clinic, but after this experience – absolutely not. I’ll be sharing this feedback with Sara and Dr. Mohammed directly. And for the record, my friend has been waiting for the clinics experience & depending on it will go ahead and book her procedure, but I’ll make sure she knows how disappointing and money-driven your approach has been. It’s a shame for someone to go through all this trouble only to be treated with such disregard for their time.
