The laser therapist SAHER was kind and took the time to explain the procedure to me. She was very patient in answering all my questions and make me feel relax and confident. 5 months agoI had an amazing experience at Dona Medical Clinic for my 4D scan! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, friendly, and professional. The clinic was clean and comfortable, making the whole experience even more special. Dr. Sawsan was incredibly patient and explained everything clearly while capturing beautiful images of my baby *though the baby is hiding all the way 🫣* They provided high-quality photos and videos. I highly recommend the clinic to any expecting parents looking for a memorable and professional 4D scan experience. Definitely the best clinic for this!

3 weeks agoMy most uncomfortable clinic visit, ever. During my doctor’s consultation , 2 other ladies who looked like sales stayed in the room. What happened to doctor- patient privacy?! In addition to that, one of them kept nudging the doctor to cross sell me other services. When I refused, the tone immediately changed to super rude. I’d caution against visiting such clinics, where the sole agenda is your money.

The staff were incredibly professional and supportive throughout my visit. The treatment process was smooth and efficient. The doctor was incredibly kind and took the time to explain the entire treatment plan to me, including what, how, and why it was necessary. They were very patient in answering all my questions and ensuring I understood everything. I am extremely grateful for the amazing care I received at Dona Medical Clinic.
