I recently visited Delia Clinic for a HydraFacial, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome with their professionalism and friendly demeanor. They took the time to understand my skin concerns, which included dryness and acne, and tailored the treatment to meet my needs. The HydraFacial itself was refreshing and rejuvenating; I could instantly feel a difference in my skin. The thoughtful care I received helped me get rid of the dry patches and significantly improved my acne. I left feeling renewed, with a glowing complexion that I hadn’t seen in a while. I am definitely planning to return for future treatments, as the positive effects have truly made a difference. The clinic is incredibly clean, modern, and aesthetically pleasing, great service and lovely people! I come here for Botox and lip filler, and I’ve always had a strong phobia of needles. Dr. Lynn and her team go above and beyond to make me feel safe, comfortable, and cared for every step of the way. She has a gentle touch, a warm demeanor, and a true eye for natural beauty. I always leave feeling confident and refreshed. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face!

I did my laser sessions here, and the lady who handled my treatment(lovel)was so gentle, kind, and professional. She explained everything clearly and made me feel relaxed during the process. I visited this clinic for a lip filler treatment. One consistent issue was the long waiting time, appointments rarely start on time. For example, if you’re booked for 5 PM, it’s likely you’ll see the doctor closer to 6 PM. During my first session, I requested a very subtle and natural result, and overall, I was satisfied. At my follow-up appointment, I asked specifically for a small enhancement to the center of my upper lip. I was very clear in my request, emphasizing that any product placed on the sides tends to create an unnatural look for my facial features. Unfortunately, after the appointment, I noticed that the filler had been placed more toward the sides of the lips, which gave a result I personally found unflattering. I contacted the clinic the next day, expressing my concern and asking to dissolve the filler on the sides. Initially, they offered an appointment on the same day, which I couldn’t attend. I asked for the next earliest availability, even offering to be seen by another doctor and to pay if needed. They told me someone would follow up with me, but I didn’t receive any further communication. Due to the delay, I decided to consult another clinic for a second opinion. The doctor there confirmed that the product had been placed more laterally, which explained the aesthetic result I was concerned about. I proceeded with a correction at the second clinic. I am disappointed with how my follow-up concerns were managed, especially the lack of timely response. I hope future clients will receive more attentive post-treatment care.
