I had been a regular client at this clinic for laser hair removal, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. During my sixth session, I developed burn marks due to incorrect laser settings. Despite informing the technician multiple times that it was burning, she refused to adjust the settings. To add to this, she gave me broken protective goggles and did not change eye protection while doing my face — a serious safety lapse. When I raised this concern with the clinic, instead of taking accountability, they blamed it on tanning — which was completely untrue, as I had no sun exposure prior to my session. I also consulted their doctor, who confirmed that if the marks didn’t fade within 2 months, a peeling treatment would be done free of cost. Later, the clinic backtracked on this and offered a package instead — prioritizing revenue over responsibility. It’s disappointing to see a clinic disregard client safety and consistency in service. There’s a good chance these marks may fade over time, but the way this entire situation was handled ensures I won’t be returning here, nor recommending them to anyone. Customer care and basic safety protocols should never be compromised in a professional setup like this. Sadly, both were lacking here.

Celia clinic ruined my body! I came to the clinic because of the add that there is a warranty and a high success rate. I was promised that if I wouldn’t be satisfied with the result I can do the laser under warranty and they looked like they are sure of their machine. When I finally paid for my treatment I got a Indian lady that refused using a high parameter for me despite me telling her that I did laser before and I believe this might be the reason I now have hair where I never had hair before. The technician after her didn’t even speak English and when I finished my 6th session and I told them I’m hairier than ever they initially refused to give me the free treatment. There is nobody to talk to about my dissatisfaction and they just want to get rid of you and get your money. After a lot of talking back and forward I got my free session after wasting my time but don’t see myself going back after they ruined my body and life! If you love your self don’t believe this trap.

Booked a package of 6 sessions. Went 4 times and only had one good experience. I booked a tattoo removal in June last year, during my second session the doctor that attended to me burned my skin so bad it took more than 6 months to heal. I’m pretty sure the doctors don’t know what they’re doing as they keep changing them every other month. On my 4th session last week, I was told they no longer do tattoo removals and I have to convert my final 3 sessions into one (a facial or teeth cleaning) I chose teeth cleaning..worst decision of my day. The doctor was just messing about my teeth, hurting me, didn’t clean a thing. If I didn’t fuss and try to stand up, maybe I’d have lost a tooth. Their customer service is also below par. I would not recommend at all

Excellent dental clinic with best services especially to Dr. Zaid who handle so gently my veneers teeth. My teeth looks so amazing such a great work. No any dental clinic can compete with Celia Dental clinic. And so affordable price with excellent results. Also the staff are so amazing and very supportive in everything you asked.
