Patsy is an artist with an eye for detail who takes into account your face structure but is dedicated to making you feel at ease and having your voice heard throughout the process. 4 years agoPatsy is THE best! As a complete novice, the first time I visited Patsy to have my eyebrows micro-bladed, she expertly walked me through the process and it exceeded all my expectations. And I've been visiting her now for a couple of years to top up her work when needed. Because I trust her so implicitly, I recently got my eyeliner done by her as well, and I LOVE it! Highly highly recommend!
