⸻ I am currently undergoing laser treatment at this clinic, and I must say I’m extremely happy with the results so far. The laser technician, Reena, is excellent at her work and takes the time to explain the procedure thoroughly. The reception team is also very helpful and responsive. Their packages are very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

The staff are very welcoming… the girls in the reception are very kind and helpful …. Very good service i do my leaser hair removal and they are very professional and careful… also i do the botox with doctor pemaneh and she is very good…. Im happy with my experience since 2 years now

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had at your clinic regarding a laser hair removal treatment package. This was my first time undergoing laser hair removal, and I was not properly informed during my visit about the different types of laser machines and their suitability for various skin types. Unfortunately, without receiving full and clear guidance, I was convinced to purchase a treatment package. After learning more about the treatment and realizing that it may not be suitable for my skin, I reached out to the clinic to cancel the package. The immediate response I received was simply “no,” with no further explanation or willingness to help. I requested a call back, and a lady who introduced herself as the manager eventually called me, only to repeat that there would be no cancellation or refund. When I tried to explain my situation, she said she would check and get back to me—but I never heard from her again. Since then, I have been contacting the clinic daily for five days. Each time, I was told someone would call me back. No one ever did. During this time, I felt disrespected and dismissed—being addressed as “dear” while my legitimate concerns were completely ignored. When I asked for the name of the person I was chatting with, I was ignored once again. I am extremely disappointed by the unprofessionalism and lack of empathy from your staff. I haven’t even received treatments yet- I believe I have every right to reconsider my decision and request a cancellation or refund, especially given the lack of proper consultation and the clinic’s failure to follow up. As a customer—and simply as a human being—I expected to be treated with respect and fairness. Instead, I’ve been made to feel invisible and insignificant, with not a single person taking real responsibility to resolve my issue. I am urging your management to seriously consider this matter and respond accordingly. I sincerely hope no other customer has to go through such an upsetting experience.
