5 months agoThe clinic is super clean and elegant, from the moment you walk in you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Their work is absolutely beautiful and they pay attention to the smallest details to make sure you’re 100% satisfied. The doctors are very professional and take their time with each patient, no rushing at all. Even the reception staff are friendly and welcoming with big smiles. And honestly, their filler and Botox are absolutely amazing! The results look so natural and perfectly match your features. I highly recommend this clinic a truly exceptional experience!

2 months agoI’m writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at the clinic today. I had an appointment scheduled for 6:30 PM but was left waiting until 8:00 PM without any update, explanation, or acknowledgment from the staff. To make matters worse, the receptionist did not communicate in a professional manner and gave dismissive facial expressions that made the experience even more frustrating. Such behavior is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare environment where patients deserve to feel respected and cared for. This entire experience reflects a lack of respect for patients’ time and a concerning disregard for professional standards. I had to cancel other important commitments because of this delay, and I left the clinic feeling disregarded and disappointed. Every patient deserves to be treated with courtesy, transparency, and professionalism. I sincerely hope that this feedback will be taken seriously and lead to improvements in how patients are received and treated.
