a week agoOur experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. The receptionists were shockingly, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. They spoke to us with an arrogant tone, rolled their eyes when we asked questions, and made us feel like we were a burden rather than valued customers. There was no basic courtesy, no greeting, and no effort to accommodate us in any way. I had booked a deep tissue massage, but it felt like nothing more than oil lightly rubbed on the skin. What was supposed to be a relaxing and rejuvenating experience ended up leaving us irritated, disrespected, and regretful of having spent our time and money here. Completely unacceptable.
