2 months agoI called to ask about the prices before my first visit. They told me 55 AED for a haircut, 45 AED for a beard trim, and 90 AED if I get both done together, no further details. After finishing, I was initially asked to pay 145 AED, which surprised me as it was never mentioned before. When I questioned it, they said it was because my hair was longer, but this wasn’t communicated upfront. They tried to put the blame on me, saying I should have asked about the price for long hair, even though I called specifically to confirm prices beforehand. After insisting on the original price, they lowered it to 125 AED. It took a lot of back-and-forth and pressure, including comments about whether I had enough money, before I was finally allowed to pay the agreed 90 AED. the lack of transparency, the unpleasant attitude, and the way I was treated left me disappointed. I hope the shop improves communication and customer respect to avoid similar issues in the future.

5 months agoJust moved to Dubai and was nervous about trying somewhere new for the fresh trim. The guys at Level One did a great job with the cut and beard shape up. Good prices and the barber went about his work carefully and did not rush.
