2 months agoReform Athletica is one of the best boutique fitness studios in Dubai. The space is beautifully designed, always clean, and has a great atmosphere. The classes are challenging yet accessible, with a strong focus on technique and form. The instructors are professional, supportive, and really care about your progress. I always leave feeling stronger and more balanced. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a high-quality, results-driven training experience.

3 weeks agoMy experience at Reform ICD today was very upsetting, mainly because of how the receptionist, Danika, treated us. I came with my cousin Moza, and we were about 10 minutes late for the class. We quietly gave our names and went in, but Danika followed us and told us we couldn’t join. She said our names weren’t in the system. I showed her our booking, but she didn’t believe us and spoke in a rude and unfriendly way. She told us to leave the class, which wasted our time and made us even later. Her behavior was cold and unkind, and she made the situation worse. After the class, I sat on the sofa across from the reception to try to speak with her. Danika refused to talk properly unless we sat directly in front of her at the reception desk. She was still rude and unfriendly. I got upset again and raised my voice because I felt disrespected. Then she changed her reason and said Moza was new and needed an introduction. That’s not true—Moza has been doing Pilates for more than a year and is very experienced. She’s only new to this gym. Danika’s rude behavior, unprofessional attitude, and refusal to apologize were not okay. I hope management looks into this and provides proper training to improve customer service.

10 months agoI recently took a reformer class with AK Ibsen, and it was both challenging and rewarding. The venue itself is beautifully designed—cute, spacious, clean, and aesthetically pleasing, making for a great workout environment. However, one drawback is the lack of parking validation. When I attend 1Rebel in the same area, they always stamp my parking, ensuring I get two hours free, which makes a big difference. It would be great if this venue could offer the same convenience.
