The equipment is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with everything you need whether you’re into weightlifting, cardio, or functional training. What really makes this place stand out is the atmosphere — it’s super motivating and friendly. The staff are knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to help. The gym is always clean and organized, with plenty of space to move around and my favorite part are all the plants around which makes it very peaceful.

2 months agoI went for the first time recently and was genuinely impressed. The space is beautiful: calm, clean, and thoughtfully designed. It has a completely different feel from the usual gym atmosphere; it’s peaceful, and immediately puts you at ease. Everything from the lighting to the scent to the overall aesthetic makes it a place you want to be in. You can tell a lot of care went into creating an environment that supports both physical and mental well-being. Even after just one visit, I can say it’s one of the most aesthetically pleasing and grounding wellness spaces I’ve been to in Dubai. Can’t wait to go back.
