Dr Shehab felfel and his team were incredibly patient and explained everything in a way that made my daughter feel comfortable. They took the time to answer our questions and ensured she was relaxed before starting the procedure. Throughout the surgery, the staff was attentive and gentle, making sure she was at ease before and after procedures.

Dr Sara Mohamed is an amazing pediatric dentist. She is extremely patient and professional. Hats off to her for having her way to deal in a very positive manner with my son’s anxiety and fear. All needed treatment was completed on time. True star ⭐️

Don’t do it. My experience with Dr. Johny, from two years ago, initially felt okay when I left his office. But you never really know how things will turn out until the teeth heal. Honestly, he talks himself up way more than any patient ever does. He’s constantly showing off his work—especially on his wife’s teeth—and doesn’t really give you space to speak or share your concerns. He seems more about marketing and bragging than actually caring about the health of your teeth. I told him multiple times that my smile felt off, but he brushed it off. A year later, I told him I was in pain, and his response was that the x-ray showed nothing and I was fine. If I’m not happy with his work, who should be? He’s just taking the money and moving on. Now I’m dealing with infections on all six of the crowns he did for me. Fortunately, my new doctor caught it early before it spread. He promised the crowns would be secure for a lifetime, but now I’m stuck with infections on every one of my teeth that he worked on. Honestly, he makes other dentists look inexperienced, but I wish I had listened to my gut. Be careful—this isn’t about health, it’s about selling a quick fix.

Sharing my experience for those who may find it helpful: I visited the clinic due to tooth pain and was advised to open the tooth and place a temporary filling, with a recommendation to wait about a month before continuing treatment. This was different from my previous dental experiences, but I followed the advice. When I returned for the follow-up, I was informed that my insurance had already been used during the first visit. For the next treatment I would have to pay extra, where the price range was on the higher end. I decided to seek a second opinion at another clinic. After taking an X-ray, I was told that the tooth had been opened and the root canal area had been slightly touched, but there was no visible issue with the root itself. Since I had no pain, they advised that a regular filling would be sufficient. The treatment there was completed for around 600 AED.

The clinic is a joke. They claim they have such good reputation and are the best in Dubai. With 4 branches they don’t have one specialist that can actually do the work. They keep referring you from a doctor to doctor in different branches, everyone is just chatting with you rather than working on your teeth. Billing is super shady and they keep asking you to do more and more things outside of your insurance range (keep in mind I have one of the best insurances in the gulf). I have been in pain for 7 days, on antibiotics and they can’t find me an appointment, when they do turns out I need to see 3 more doctors (FOR A ROOT CANAL!!) and with every doctor there is something to be done outside of the insurance range. They also all had different diagnosis so how do you trust them ?! I would avoid at all cost in future, recommend you do the same
