I visited Dr. Ahmad Alnajjar recently for an alignment consultation, and I had a great experience. He explained everything to me clearly and took the time to answer all my questions. I felt very comfortable and well-informed about the process. I haven’t started my aligners yet, but based on this first visit, I’m confident I’m in good hands. I’ll definitely update my review once I begin the treatment!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at The all smille Dental House Center. I feel that I was almost scammed by the dentist. I visited the clinic on July 28 to get my 4-year-old son’s teeth checked. The oral surgeon, Dr. Titus Peter, told me to pay for treatment on one side (5 cavities), and said not to worry about the other front tooth as it would fall out naturally after 6 years. He said we would treat the rest in another session to avoid overwhelming the child. I paid for the first treatment as agreed, and we scheduled the next appointment for July 30. However, during the second visit, the doctor completed the treatment without discussing or confirming the additional charges with me in advance. After he finished, he demanded more money and was extremely rude and disrespectful when I questioned the surprise charges. Even though I was cooperative and had already paid the agreed amount, the clinic accused me of “running away without payment.” I received a call from the clinic owner making accusations without giving me a chance to explain. This was very insulting and unprofessional, especially in front of my child. To make things worse, when I got home, I found my son’s mouth bleeding and he was in discomfort. The clinic only seemed concerned about getting their money not the child’s well-being. I want to warn other parents: be careful before trusting this clinic. I will never return and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I even have video evidence to support my claims, but I won’t post it publicly out of respect for my son’s privacy.

I had an excellent experience at The Dental House Center, thanks to Dr. Sami, Assistant Rintu, and receptionist Sarah. From the moment I walked in, Sarah was warm and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Dr. Sami took the time to listen to all my concerns and provided thoughtful, professional advice on the best procedure for my dental needs. I truly appreciated his expertise and guidance, which made me feel confident about the next steps. Assistant Rintu was also fantastic—helpful, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The entire team made me feel valued and well-cared for. Highly recommend this amazing team for anyone looking for top-notch dental care!

We had called for an appointment and the receptionist Sara and Mary Vick asked to come as the doctor was free and we waited for an hour and they didn’t even update us on how long it would take and when we asked them they said 5 mins but then we left after waiting for 1 and half hour. The clinic is not only unprofessional about the customer also disrespectful about the patient and their time. My mom had severe tooth pain and i took her there thinking she would at least get a treatment if was informed about the timing o would be aware of the waiting time or go to another clinic instead of wasting my time there. Will not recommend this place. Hopefully they train their staff to be more professional with the patient and inform them with the correct information.
