2 months agoI had an excellent experience at Queens Medical Center - Satwa branch! From the moment I arrived, the **receptionist** was warm, friendly, and very accommodating — a great start to my visit. Dr. Amer did a fantastic job with my cleaning and whitening treatment. He was gentle, thorough, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My teeth have never felt or looked better! A big shoutout to Jojo, the assistant, who was very helpful and professional throughout the procedure — truly a great support to Dr. Amer. The clinic itself has a clean and relaxing ambiance that adds to the whole experience. This team truly deserves a **five-star rating**. Highly recommended!

2 months agoI’ve been having my braces done here for more than 2 years now, and the experience is amazing. Results are great and I wouldn’t want to go to another clinic. I definitely recommend! The staffs are nice, the clinic itself is nice and clean, and their customer service is very responsive.

5 months agoI just wanted to express my appreciation for the outstanding care we received during our recent teeth cleaning session with Dr. Dana and Nurse Lory were absolutely fantastic—professional, gentle, and incredibly thorough. They made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. The reception team Sharmane and Anika is fantastic! I’m grateful for their excellent service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch dental care.

3 weeks agoI went for laser on 1st July for my beard. She draw lines as i requested but today after 9 days I saw the results it’s not what i requested. it’s zigzag line on my cheek not even straight. I have done 5 section here so far last 4 sections she was unable to fix my neck line until now & then she didn’t fix my right side cheek line. I stopped coming & shaved for 2 month to grow back my hairs. This July I went back & I told her follow the same neck line which I have & straight lines on cheeks L shape but she was unable to perform what i requested. I have attached the picture also. I was satisfied with the dentist she did a great a job definitely coming back dental but I want my beard to be fixed of refund my payment. How ever I do recommend for teeth cleaning & teeth care Dr. Dana she was so professional & attention to details. She assisted me & did very nice job on my teeth’s. Will see her again definitely for my teeth’s.

a month agoThis clinic is really disappointing. I’ve had my braces adjusted several times, but nothing has changed with my teeth. I didn’t even feel any tightness during the adjustment. Which is probably why there was no improvement things just got worse. My husband’s time and money were completely wasted. Honestly, it’s really disappointing. Don’t bother coming to this clinic, look for another one that’s more competent. 👌✌🏼 it’s really different other clinic, there they’re more professional and truly skilled. But here it doesn’t even feel like they’re professional. 🫠
