Hands down to Dr. Paramveer Singh Sura for his professionalism and patience in treating my dental concerns. I’ve been to many dentists here in Dubai, and I can confidently say he is one of the best. Not only did he treat me with great care, but he was also very thorough in explaining aftercare tips and ensuring I was comfortable throughout the process. It’s truly a blessing to have found him, and I will definitely continue my treatment at Italian Dental Clinic, where all the staff are equally accommodating and kind. Avoid this clinic — extremely poor service and follow-up. I started my Invisalign treatment at this clinic in June 2024 with the initial scan and treatment plan. I received my first set of 14 aligners in September 2024. By January 2025, I was already on the last tray and continued attending check-ups for nearly six months — but the clinic did not have a scanner available to do a follow-up scan. It wasn’t until May 2025 that I was finally rescanned — after using the last tray for over five months, which is not hygienic or recommended. I only continued because I didn’t want to lose the money I had already invested. Almost three months later, in July 2025, I finally received my next set of aligners. The timelines this clinic operates with are completely unreasonable. When you pay for a treatment like Invisalign, you expect proper follow-up and timely action — something this clinic consistently failed to provide. Appointments for simple check-ups are given over a month later, which clearly shows how little they care about your ongoing treatment. Do not go to this clinic. Save your money and your time.
