It was not a very nice experience, as someone who visited for the first time, when we arrived, there is no one available to even greet us or say good day. I approached the one sitting near the entrance. Filipino with short hair. She was doodling something, so i told her our appointment. While talking she just continued doodling. It was 11am and was hot outside so i sat and i let my husband give our details, i asked twice if she needs anything from me so i can sit yet she didnt say anything. And when i sat only then she asked for my emirates id. She is just unprofessional, i dont know if she was having a bad day but she lacks customer service skills. And when my registration was done. She just told me proceed at the back. For someone who is new how would i know where is the “back” so i asked. She told me the direction without even looking at me. Again, lack of customer service skills. They told me that they are strict with the appointment time so we arrived 15 minutes before our appointment yet I waited 20 minutes for the procedure. The dentists are okay. They just talked too much in their language which i see uncomfortable for me. But they assisted better that the reception. I would not recommend this clinic. You will just leave with a bad mood because of how they treat their customers.
