a month agoI had a fantastic experience with Emirates Dental for my Invisalign treatment. From the very first consultation, the entire team was professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They explained every step of the Invisalign process clearly, including the expected results and costs, so I felt fully informed and comfortable. The clinic itself is modern, clean, and equipped with the latest technology, which made the scanning and fitting process easy and efficient. Appointments were always well-managed, and the staff genuinely cared about my progress and comfort throughout the treatment. I’m absolutely thrilled with my results — my smile is exactly how I hoped it would be! I highly recommend Emirates Dental to anyone considering Invisalign. They truly know what they’re doing and provide top-quality care.

2 months agoI strongly do not recommend Emirates Dental for orthodontic treatment. Avoid at any cost. Both of my children started aligner treatment at this clinic. After one year, the doctor removed the aligners and marked the treatment as “complete,” even though their overbites remained unchanged. The only visible change was the movement of crowded teeth — but even that was done incorrectly, resulting in twisted gum tissue in one of my children. Concerned about the outcome, I took both children to two separate certified orthodontists (Platinum Invisalign providers) for second opinions. Both were shocked at the results and confirmed that the treatment was inappropriate from the start. That’s when we also found out something even more alarming: the treatment at Emirates Dental was not performed by orthodontists, but by general dentists — something we were never clearly told. We only discovered this after it was too late. Even worse, despite the clinic being filled with Invisalign branding and posters, the aligners used were not official Invisalign. We have since stopped treatment at Emirates Dental and are now undergoing full re-treatment at Dr. Joy Clinic, which will take at least another 1.5 years to correct the damage. Please be extremely cautious. Always check that your child is being treated by a licensed orthodontist — not just a general dentist. Don’t rely on branding alone, and always ask questions. Get a second opinion if anything feels off. I have added a picture of 1-year treatment with Emirates Dental. The overbite has not changed, and the middle line is not aligned. The lower jaw at the time was marked as completed.

a week agoCame on March to replace retainers for both jaws and after 1 month (I have never had smth like that before and since I have retainers I am really careful, usually I don’t eat anything that is hard - nuts, apples etc), my lower retainer broke into two pieces after eating pasta (!) Due to the poor quality of the work, I chose not to return to Emirates Dental Clinic and instead had the lower retainer replaced at another clinic. But now, I went to the dentist in another place for the check up and found out, that my other retainer on the upper jaw (that was done in Emirates Dental Clinic on March) is broken too and my teeth started to shift, and my front teeth are no longer in their original position!!! That’s unacceptable. I now have to undergo additional treatment to fix issues caused solely by the substandard work provided by this clinic. So I don’t recommend you this place.
