2 months agoI recently had the pleasure of bringing my daughters to Dr. Sapna, at Dr Joy’s Clinic, and I can't express enough how fantastic their experience was. Both of my girls had procedures done, and I am truly happy with the results. From the moment we stepped into her office, Dr. Sapna made them feel comfortable and at ease, which is so important when dealing with children. She is an authentic lady who tells it like it is, providing clear, professional opinions on what needs to be done while keeping in mind the importance of both image and pain for young patients. It’s refreshing to know that she only advises on treatments that are absolutely necessary and doesn't push for anything just for the sake of profit. My 3-year-old underwent general anesthesia to have her crowns placed and 8 teeth treated, and now she can't stop smiling! My 6-year-old had 6 teeth extracted over two sessions with laughing gas, and throughout the process, Dr. Sapna was incredibly attentive, ensuring she was comfortable and pain-free. The entire experience was further enhanced by Deepti (sorry if I got it wrong), the hygienist, who helped everything run smoothly! I was also impressed by how Dr. Sapna took the time to see my 5-year-old son, making him feel just as comfortable as his sisters. Her professionalism, gentleness, and caring nature truly set her apart. I will definitely be referring anyone with kids to see her. Overall, our experience was exceptional, and I couldn't be more grateful! FYI, the whole team at Dr Joy’s clinic were friendly and made it easy for us parents too, just like Heyam!

2 months agoOver the past year, Dr. Akram and Nurse Silwal at Dr Joy Paediatric Dentist have been truly outstanding in my son's expander treatment. Their warmth, patience, and expertise transformed what could have been a daunting experience into something he actually enjoyed! The treatment has been smooth, effective, and has made a noticeable difference. Their ability to create a comfortable and reassuring environment for children speaks volumes about their dedication and skill. I couldn't have asked for better care. Highly recommend them to any parent looking for exceptional paediatric dental professionals!

2 weeks agoOur Experience – A Disappointment We Will Not Repeat We regret to say that we will not be returning to this clinic. Had we taken the time to carefully read the earlier reviews, we could have avoided a disappointing experience. While the clinic’s ambiance is commendable, a pleasant environment alone cannot make up for inefficient service and a lack of professionalism in key areas. 1. The doctor presented a well-structured and persuasive treatment plan for my daughter, and we were initially confident in proceeding. 2. The treatment costs were quite high, but we accepted them as we planned to process reimbursement through our insurance provider. 3. Unfortunately, after the visit, there was no proactive communication from the clinic regarding the medical report required for insurance. Instead, we were informed that the patient must initiate the request via message—a policy that seems impractical and places unnecessary responsibility on the client, especially considering the urgency and relevance of timely documentation for insurance claims. 4. We requested a discount for settling the payment in cash, but the offer was minimal and did not reflect any substantial flexibility or consideration for the client. And even simple request was ignored. 5. A significant concern was our phone interaction with one of the receptionists, specifically the Filipina staff member (*mentioned only to distinguish her from other receptionists of different nationalities*). While Filipinos are widely recognized for their clear and effective English communication, this particular staff member seemed to adopt a heavily stylized accent perhaps attempting to sound American or British which unfortunately made communication more difficult. At times, even simple English requests or instructions had to be repeated, as they were not clearly understood or acknowledged, which added to the frustration. We believe that using a natural and clear tone would have resulted in better mutual understanding and a smoother interaction. Additionally, during our call, a soft comment from my wife spoken privately in the background was misinterpreted. Rather than confirming with me directly, the receptionist abruptly ended the conversation and stated that the appointment would be canceled. This happened without allowing me to clarify or complete our discussion, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. As a fellow business owner, I strongly believe that every customer deserves to feel heard, respected, and valued. We consistently strive to assist our own clients with fairness and flexibility, and we expected the same level of courtesy here. It’s worth noting that I have personally met Dr. Joy, the clinic’s founder, at dental conference events. He is a gracious, humble, and respectable individual, and I sincerely hope that the clinic’s staff will more closely reflect his professionalism and values in the future. In closing, while the clinic has a lot of potential, our overall experience—particularly regarding communication, follow-up, and front desk service and admin team —left us disappointed. We have decided to seek treatment elsewhere and hope that this feedback will be received in the spirit of constructive improvement.

a week agoHighly recommended. We have been seeing Dr Mandeep for the past couple of years for the kids. not only is he very skillful but he is extremely kind and know how to make the kids feel at ease. The clinic’s follow up and facilities are excellent.
