From the warm and helpful receptionist who explained the process clearly to the incredible dental team, everything was handled with professionalism and care. Huge shoutout to Doc Regine and Doc Joseph, who patiently and skillfully removed my wisdom tooth completely pain-free! Even though the procedure took over three hours, their expertise and dedication made the entire process smooth and reassuring. And lastly the price is so reasonable and affordable wooo ( thank you for giving me a Discount ) Thank you so much for your outstanding service!

a week ago2nd review (Aug 12, 2025): This is the 2nd time I visited the clinic. Again it was a pleasant experience overall. Booking an appointment is hassle-free. The receptionist contacted me right away after I booked an appoinment online. This is 2 hours before my procedure. I had my lower wisdom tooth extracted and it was totally pain-free. I’d like to express my gratitude to Dr. Joseph, not only for taking good care of us patients, but also for explaining all the available options pre-extraction as well as the after-care procedures. I also like to mention the newly-renovated place since the last time I visited a year ago. The clinic looks really good and clean as you can see in the photo. First review a year ago: My husband have done a wisdom tooth extraction in Creative Smile Dental Clinic Al Rigga yesterday as recommended by a colleague. It is a normal wisdom tooth extraction and we paid AED 300. As a first time client we have a very good experience with their clinic. The clinic is clean and spacious. They have competitive prices that really stretched our dirhams. Dr. Regine is professional and takes care of the patient and make sure that patient is comfortable. Throughout the procedure my husband didn’t feel any pain or discomfort. Will definitely come back again for Teeth Whitening procedure. Highly recommended!

6 months agoFrom the moment I walked in I was greeted with a Genuine smile. I didn't make an appointment as I was a tourist from the UK and couldn't commit my self with the limited time we tourist have. I was happily seen by Dr Anurha and her assistant Nurse Salina both were very professional and went in to detail with the treatment for my pain after loosing my gold filling from 2 of my tooth. There and then they took an x-ray and treatment within minutes (painless) as she kept extra eye on if I was in any discomfort but all very well handled. After I was discharged I had in my mind a question about the bite posture and pain in my jaws for a long time I was immediately offered to speak with the orthopaedic Dr Gupta and her Assistant Nurse Jenny... all in all I finished off with the best advise a peace of mind. End of all I was offered a 10% discount for a new patient by Gladys at front reception... I could only say the best dentist appointment I attended in my life... compared to the fears over the years in the UK... dentist in Dubai are the best. So don't think twice if your in Dubai and need to be seen by the Dentist without any fear.
