I’ve been doing laser here for a full year, every single month without skipping — yet the results are as if I haven’t done anything, and my skin is actually darker. Very disappointing experience. My friends, on the other hand, started seeing results by the 3rd month and were able to extend their sessions to every two months. Unfortunately, I feel this has been a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their investment and expects professional, effective results.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with my laser therapist, Mary Roy. She is professional, always smiling, and really knows what she’s doing. Mary Roy always makes sure I’m comfortable and explains everything clearly. I’ve seen great results and truly appreciate her care and attention to detail. Highly recommend her!

Extremely poor customer service at the respective call center, as well as clinic staff unreachable via phone/e-mail. Upon requesting over the phone to book me in for my session, I clearly mentioned the date, time and technician name. I was successfully booked in. As I was on my way to my booked appointment, I received a call that the technician was not available in this specific clinic. I was informed that the same technician has been temporarily moved to their other clinic. Never-mind, I reiterated I would be willing to wait and go to other clinic (if need be) as long as it is the technician I am asking for. I had the call center postpone the appointment to align with the technician's schedule. I successfully confirmed the day and time for the said technician, in the other clinic. All good, postponed to few days later, provided it was my choice of technician; although a different clinic. On the day of my appointment, upon arriving 10 minutes earlier, I was shocked to find out that the appointment was taken without considering my prior request for the technician. Never-mind to this as well. I was inconsiderably told that my desired technician does not work in this clinic! The receptionist contacted someone internally, trying to figure out what went wrong. She couldn't understand what was going on. I requested to speak to the person " Shaima" who informed me that my technician is in another clinic right now (yet again!) and that I could head to the 3rd clinic. All this failure despite my phone calls and requests prior to appointment. I headed to the final destination, the 3rd clinic in search of my technician. To my utmost surprise, neither do they have an appointment for me, nor can they arrange to squeeze me in. You would think all 3 clinics are under 1 umbrella, since your technician was moved to, according to call center. Turns out, the last clinic did not even bother about the mishap caused by the other clinics nor the call center. They made me wait for an entire hour and half, to eventually indirectly tell me off. I wasted at least 2.5 hours figuring out where to find the technician, all on my own, without a single clinic staff bothering to assist or problem solve. Conclusion, clinics that secure packages sold, do not bother about customer service.

I had an amazing experience with Mary Roy for my laser treatment. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. Mary Roy ❤️ took the time to explain each step and answered all my questions with patience and care. The results have been fantastic, and I truly appreciate her attention to detail and gentle approach. I highly recommend Mary Roy to anyone looking for high-quality laser services—she’s the best ❤️
