If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is an absolute joke. All those glowing 5-star reviews? I seriously wouldn’t be surprised if they PAID people to write them, because there's no way they reflect what actually goes on here. Let me tell you what happened to me: they chemically BURNED my underarm. Not irritated, not a mild reaction—a full-on chemical burn. My skin was peeling, red, raw, and unbelievably painful. And the worst part? They acted like it was nothing. Just brushed it off like it wasn’t their fault. Totally unprofessional and borderline negligent. These people clearly don’t know what they’re doing. They didn’t prep my skin properly, didn’t give any warning, and clearly had no idea how to treat the damage they caused. I trusted them, and they seriously screwed me up. DO NOT risk your skin or your health going to Gentlemax. They are careless, arrogant, and absolutely unqualified to be handling treatments like this. Disgusting service. I regret ever stepping foot in that place. You've been warned.

Thank you for giving and assigning LINI TO ME. She is so kind and polite to me as I was asking her too many questions being my first laser and was little nervous. The staff at the reception also very polite in talking. Will definitely recommend everyone to come and have an experience…thank you for your service .

I don’t know who is writing these positive comments about this place. Starting from arrogant receptionist who is talking bad about you in her language to unprofessional doctor. They didn’t put proper parameters during my laser appointment, doctor did few shots with laser when I was without protecting glasses plus they asked me to hold my leg instead of just to lie down. I’m after few sessions in a different place and I know how long it should take and how tattoo should looks like after the session. It was just a scam. Doctor promised me to see results which I don’t have at all. Totally unprofessional place

WARNING: Stay the hell away from Gentlemax. This so called “clinic” is a complete disgrace. I don’t know who they’re fooling with all the fake 5 star reviews, but clearly they’re trying to cover up how absolutely incompetent and careless they are. I wouldn’t be shocked if they’re buying those reviews, because what happened to me was outrageous :) I went in for a simple treatment and they chemically BURNED my underarm. Let me repeat that: they literally burned my skin and acted like it was nothing. And they just brushed it off with “you’ll be fine.” Are you kidding me? My underarm was blistered, raw, and in pain for days. I couldn’t move my arm properly. It looked like something out of a horror movie. This place has no business operating. The staff are untrained, unprofessional, and clearly don’t give a damn about patient safety. Do NOT trust them with your body. You will regret it just like I do. Gentlemax? More like Dangermax. Total scam.
