4 weeks agoMy worst nail ever! They have an offer of 59aed for manicure but got the new staff that did my nails and it took her 5hours to finish! As much as I want to understand her that she's new, her work doesn't justify the long hours of work in my nails. No one even bother to check or correct her work! The receptionist Ayesha asked me to come back the next day to fix it but you will have to wait again for 2hours before getting the service! Definitely a worst decision and I ended up just getting the money and leave!

a month agoThis is the fastest and best nail salon I’ve been to in Dubai. The lady working on my nails completed them in a short time with beautiful results. For a busy salon they are clean and efficient. Overall loved my time there .

3 weeks agoI went yesterday to the salon for eyelash extensions and nail extensions. Eyelash extensions came out to be very good but the nail extension is literally worse. The lady ruined my nails. I’m having a terrible pain. It took more than 2.5 hours but still the result are very bad. I I would like to have my refund back or they can compensate me with any other service but only today since I’m travelling.

3 weeks agoTHE LAB (Aswar Building) – Avoid this place its not worth it!! I came here thinking it was another branch of The Lab in Merano or Omniyat (which are great), but this place is nothing like them. Prices online are misleading – they say AED 100 or promo, but I was charged AED 125+. Lash service was okay, but the bed was hard and the technician kept stopping to do other clients’ brows. Very unprofessional. Nails were a disaster. Took 2.5 hours, poor technique, couldn’t do a simple design, and polish options were limited. Staff were disorganized and kept borrowing tools mid-service. Nails looked thick and uneven – I had them removed the next day. They initially agreed to remove them for free, but when I arrived, they tried to charge me. The receptionist (possibly the owner) rudely told me to find the technician myself. After I did, she made me wait another hour. Don’t waste your time or money here. Totally different from the other branches.
