a month agoI’ve been to Sisters Beauty Lounge before for waxing and had a great experience it was honestly one of the best waxes I’ve ever had so I decided to come back and try their lash services. Unfortunately, that was a huge mistake. I booked with Lien for a lash infill and the experience was shocking. She plucked out my natural lashes four times!! I was in visible pain and disbelief. They also used poor quality eyelid tape that irritated my skin. When she removed everything for me to check I saw that each eye had a completely different infill. When I pointed it out she casually said “I’ll fix it,” but I had already lost trust by then and declined. I left the room upset and Lien followed me downstairs to reception. The Filipina receptionist didn’t even ask how my service went despite clearly seeing I was unhappy and still made me pay full price. At the very least some basic courtesy or acknowledgment would have gone a long way. Sadly I won’t be returning for lashes. They may be great at waxing but lash services … especially with Lien were an awful experience.
