Today I got my eyebrows done by Wendy, she is a true professional, she knew what I needed and she made it come true. My eyebrows look super nice and juicy now, filled with color and perfect shape , she chose the suitable length at the edge and the shape for my face. I am really happy with my eyebrows. Thank you Wendy. It’s not the first time for me to come to Phi Studio, they have perfect masters for everything, I did old eyebrow tattoo removal last time, and the result was great. Highly recommended.

I have experienced the best service and amazing quality of hair from Phi studio. The staff are so friendly and well trained. They are the best and you will feel the difference from the first session. I highly recommend and this would be the best place I have ever been to my hair appointments. I hope their best service will continue forever.

Very Disappointing Experience with This Eyebrow Salon! I went to get microblading eyebrow tattooing and paid the full price for a permanent tattoo. Unfortunately, what they did was a temporary color that faded away within a week due to sweating! This is NOT a permanent tattoo at all — it’s a clear scam on people who pay a high price expecting professional results. I strongly advise anyone not to go here if you want lasting results. They take advantage of customers’ trust and provide a service far below what they promise. A total waste of money, time, and effort.

I’ve just had my eyebrows microbladed by the lovely Wendy. She is incredible! She pays great attention to every little detail, is very focused and patient and always has a smile on her face! I felt very welcomed from the moment I walked into the salon. I was asked what I would like done regarding shape and colour. Wendy drew the outline of my brows and made sure they were perfect before starting the needling. 10/10 experience

I’m absolutely appalled by the unprofessional and dismissive treatment I received at Phi Studio Dubai today. I booked a 3:00 PM appointment with Christina, having done my Phi Brows twice before—once in Australia and once in Bosnia. I also underwent an eyebrow tattoo removal five weeks ago to prepare for a fresh, clean session. I didn’t come unprepared—I shared detailed videos and photos of my previous Phi brows, clearly showing the dark brown tone I’ve always worn, even as someone naturally fair. I explicitly communicated that I wanted to restore the same brow shape and colour. I flew in all the way from Riyadh just for this appointment, trusting the Phi brand. But from the moment I arrived, Christina made it clear she had no interest in listening to me. She ignored my photos and insisted on doing a combo brow with a much lighter colour—completely against what I had asked for. When I called out the disconnect and said, “It seems like you don’t want to do my eyebrows,” she shrugged and said, “Yes, maybe better.” Unbelievable. That level of arrogance and lack of care for a paying client who flew in internationally is completely unacceptable. She wasted my time, my effort, and my money. There was zero respect, zero client focus, and absolutely no accountability. Shameful behaviour from someone representing a global brand like Phi. I will never return—and I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting this studio with something as personal and permanent as their face.
