a week agoPastels Salon Jumeirah (Al Wasl) is by far the best salon I’ve ever been to! I had my hair cut by Tanya — it was my first time cutting my hair at a salon, and I have absolutely no regrets. She cut it exactly the way I wanted. Tanya is not only talented, but also incredibly kind and lovely inside and out. The staff were all welcoming, and to top it off, they surprised me with thoughtful gifts and amazing coupons — such a lovely gesture that made the whole experience even more special. a month agoI was nervous getting my hair cut with someone new after 15 years with my trusted sister. When I called Pastels Salon Catherine took the time to listen to my needs and concerns and recommend 2 experienced stylists. I was able to get an appointment the same day with the talented and lovely Ikhlas, who is a senior stylist and clearly masters and enjoys her craft. And bonus: we had a lovely chat throughout. I must give a massive shoutout to Angie who gave me the most delicious hair wash and massage. It was thorough, professional and almost maternal, so clearly she works with love in her heart. Sheila who works directly with Catherine welcomed me warmly and also bade me farewell with several gifts. Mind you I only got a haircut :) And I must commend the owners and managers of the salon. I was so happy to learn that many of your colleagues are with Pastels for more than a decade and Ikhlas spoke very warmly and highly of you. Check out my haircut in the pic!

a week agoI had an amazing experience at Pastel with Josephine.I badly needed a haircut and she patiently heard me, saw what I wanted, gave me advice and tips and after a detailed discussion I picked haircut as per my liking. I am kind of introvert and don’t like chatting nonstop and I am thankful to Josephine for understanding my awkwardness and not forcing unnecessary conversation.She gave me tips how to manage my hairstyle.
