Mary was incredible! I feel like I hit the jackpot finding her. I’m very picky with massage and she blew me away! Very knowledgeable with many different techniques which allows her to truly feel into what’s right for your body instead of just a standard routine.

This company is a disaster ! Still no reply from the management for the horrible service!!!!!**Terrible Service and Incompetent Management** This was by far the worst mani-pedi experience I’ve ever had. The staff didn’t even bother to ask what type of polish I had on, leading to a frustrating and time-wasting process. They were grossly unprepared, with no proper machines for polish removal, and their broken trolley was a joke. The management is absolutely useless—zero support and no accountability for their subpar service. On top of that, they have the audacity to overcharge for such an awful experience. This place is a rip-off and an embarrassment. Save your money and go somewhere else! Update on my nails treatment after 4 days : Broken nails and hallow under the nail from the acetone removal !!! Check pics for this terrible service! I had to book with another professional nail spa and here are the pics of the process that should be done and final result !!!!!! Worse place ever ! I ask for a refund immediately! Update after 10 days : still waiting for the refund

This was the worst experience ever. The manicure was like torture. The technician was digging into my cuticles and cut me on all my fingers! Despite me asking her around 4 times to go slowly and telling her i’m in pain! And after all this, she did a TERRIBLE job at the nails. Not like the picture I showed her at all. If I had done them for myself, I would’ve done a better job. The manicure is so uneven! Not worth at all what I paid! Never again.

I just had the most incredible gel pedicure with Edie, and I genuinely can’t recommend her enough! From the moment I sat down, she was warm, attentive, and so detail-oriented. She took her time perfecting every step — from the meticulous cuticle work to the flawless gel application. My feet feel brand new, and the finish is absolutely stunning — smooth, even, and super glossy. Edie has such a calming presence, and you can tell she truly cares about her craft. She turned a simple pedicure into a full-on pampering experience. I’ll definitely be coming back — she’s a total gem!

They were quick to respond, listened carefully to my concerns, and genuinely tried to make things right. I really appreciated the great customer care.
