4 months agoI had a really disappointing experience at the salon today. I went for a clean up , and while the service started off okay, things took a turn towards the end. As soon as the clean up was done, I was simply told to get up and sit outside with the mask still on my face. No proper explanation, no care. I was left sitting there while the staff moved on to the next customer — giving them a full hair wash and even a blow dry, completely ignoring the fact that I was still sitting with the mask drying on my face. It was honestly such a pathetic and unprofessional way to treat a customer. I just wanted to share my experience today with Ms. Komal, and I hope the salon seriously considers improving their customer care and service quality. If there was an option for 0 star, i absolutely would.

4 months agoI was introduced to Nancy Saloon by Ms. Komal for almost 2 years now. Very good services by all staff , specially I would recommend Ms. Komal for her perfection and quick turnaround time. Moderate pricing on packages.
