This is the best salon I have ever been to, I have gone to many different salons in different countries and I’ve never been as happy with the results as I am here. Every worker here is kind and makes sure to give you the best results, the place is very very clean and not crowded so you receive the maximum attention. Prices here are also very low for incredible results. As a tourist I don’t know how I’ll find a place that compares in the UK, this salon alone is making me want to fly back to Dubai, I genuinely couldn’t have asked for better results.

I’m very satisfied with the results of my hair that Ninita did. I really liked the salon staff, they were amazing and very kind. Ninita herself was super sweet and attentive. I was a bit nervous since it was my first time, but she made me feel comfortable.

I stumbled upon Mirrors Beauty Lounge online and after seeing positive reviews, I decided to book an appointment for their hair color package (399 AED). This package is incredibly comprehensive, including hair color, highlights, a treatment mask, hair wash, trim, and styling – and it took about 4 hours from start to finish. Having been to numerous salons in the past and often leaving feeling unsatisfied, I was absolutely thrilled with my experience at Mirrors. What truly made the difference was my hairstylist, Ninita. She was incredibly patient and took the time to explain the color process to me, making sure I understood everything. She also gave me valuable advice on maintaining my hair color at home. A standout moment for me was witnessing Ninita's professionalism when her next appointment arrived. Even with another client waiting calmly for nearly half an hour, Ninita didn't rush my service at all. She took the time to explain the situation to the waiting client and continued working on my hair with the same care and attention. This is something I've unfortunately experienced differently at other salons where they prioritize the next appointment over the current one. Her dedication to providing a thorough and patient service was truly impressive. Based on this experience, I will absolutely be returning to Mirrors. This will now be my go-to salon! I highly recommend Mirror to anyone looking for hair coloring or any of the other services they offer, such as nail services and massages. To ensure you get the appointment time you want, I highly recommend booking in advance.

Absolutely Unacceptable – Worst Salon Experience Ever I’m honestly shocked at the level of unprofessionalism I experienced at this salon today. I specifically requested an experienced nail technician for a simple gel polish service. Instead, they gave me a newly hired staff member who clearly had no clue what she was doing—not even able to shape nails properly. When I pointed out the mistakes, instead of fixing it, she caught an attitude and didn’t even want to continue the job. Seriously, what kind of “professional” refuses to complete a service because a client is asking for basic quality? To top it off, I wasted three hours in the salon while they tried to fix the mess they made—and in the end, they had the audacity to ask me to pay more. For what? For ruining my nails and wasting my time? This is beyond disappointing. The owner should be embarrassed. If you’re running a salon and letting undertrained, rude staff handle clients, don’t be surprised when people stop coming back. This place needs serious management and staff training.
