2 months agoI sent them a message about my concern they ignored , Hi, I wanted to share my feedback regarding my recent visit last Wednesday. I came in to do a toner to remove the orange tones from my hair, and I clearly asked that I didn't want it too dark. Unfortunately, after just two washes (by Sunday), the orange tones came back completely. It's only been four days and the toner has already faded - which is very disappointing. l also did a wavy blow-dry during the same visit, but after just 30 minutes, my hair went completely flat. The styling didn't hold at all, which is not acceptable from a professional salon. I expected high-quality, lasting results. I also tried to open your website to find an email and send a professional message, but it seems the site isn't working - so l had to reach out through Instagram instead. I hope you can offer a proper solution or follow-up, as this experience was not up to the standard I expected from your salon.

6 months agoGot my hair done recently from Mahdi/Mehdi. Wanted a nice brown color for my hair. Showed a few reference images. Before we began, he explained everything he was going to do for us to achieve the look. Kept reminding me throughout to trust the process. Once my hair was done, it looked great but was darker than I had asked for but before I could even say anything, he told me it will lighten after a few washes and it literally lightened after the first wash. By the 2nd wash, I had achieved the color I had wanted and hair is still looking great. Thoroughly impressed by his work. Super happy with my hair color.
