I had the most incredible experience at Jalal Hafed Gents Salon in Dubai! The service was impeccable, and the attention to detail was unmatched. A big thank you to Islam for going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You’re truly the best! This is hands down the #1 gents salon in Dubai. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch grooming services.

Absolutely amazing service and absolutely amazing staff. Jalal did an absolutely amazing job on the haircut. Eislam did an amazing job on the beard. Highly recommend them for amazing cuts in Dubai. One of the best barber in the city!

I just walked out of the Jalal Hafeet salon. I found the place through recommendations on TikTok and Instagram. Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with the result after leaving the salon. I asked for a simple haircut: skin fade on the sides with a nice, clean blend going up, the sides slightly thinned out, and just the tips trimmed and texturized on top with thinning scissors. Unfortunately, I ended up with visible lines on both sides. The fade on the sides is not smooth — it’s quite harsh and blocky in my opinion. As a hairdresser myself, I know a bit about what I’m talking about. Sadly, I’m really not satisfied with the outcome. I even asked if he could fix the lines, but he only went over them quickly without really correcting anything. I cannot recommend this place.

I suffered with the haircut done by Islam, horrible experience really, while explained everything to him what haircut needs to be done there were 3 points that needed to be done : upper hair to be longer that sides, cut the sides and make the lines on the sides. Islam did all totally opposite which is he cut completely all the hair above, sides he didn’t cut enough and didn’t make the lines also. I don’t understand why did he do like this with me? Since the after service handling was horrible, it only means that he did it out of a personal intolerance/revenge. Finally I will never recommend this salon due to such experience because the haircut professional didn’t listen to my wishes and did totally opposite hence he may do an unpredictable haircut that will be only up to his personal liking. And if someone has slow hair growth, then recovery after such haircut will take months FYI it was a special preparation arrangement for my vacation and you can understand the impact of such service.
