The color, the texture, everything. I left feeling confident and so grateful. Also, shoutout to Martin, the manager, who’s super friendly and makes sure everything runs smoothly. I love the energy in this salon! Highly recommend ! 💛

I got a Keratin treatment and a haircut and I loved it. Farnaz did an amazing job and was very patient with me. She took the time the treatment needed and made sure that the result was as it should be. Very pleased and I will definitely be back again.

I had my hair done for the first time in 29 years, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place than Ivy & Bubbles at Sheraton Dubai. I walked in not really knowing what I wanted — just that I needed a change — and walked out genuinely happy and feeling like a new person! The team was incredibly kind, professional, and really listened to me, even when I wasn’t sure how to explain what I wanted. They somehow managed to exceed expectations I didn’t even know I had. Marah was an absolute angel!!!🩷 I walked in and immediately received the best welcome from the team and Marah!! I was offered a coffee which just made me feel so at home. I cant leave Younes out of this review! He had the energy, the confidence and you can see as a manager the team LOVES him, he is constantly walking around and making everybody laugh! Thank you once again to the Ivy beauty and bubbles team!! You guys are amazing!!! 100% recommend! And of-course my hair looked stunning walking out!

If there were a option below one star I would have given this salon! I came with all natural hair untouched and asked for blonde black blended balayage, the stylist told this can not be done without bleaching it, he bleached my hair and left me with this rainbow hues that only he can manage to do such disaster. I am so much disappointed in the services provided I damaged my hair and not got the colour I desired they left me with no option. Then they offered me a fixation but the damage was already done to my hair and mind I am completely clueless of the professionalism and skills of their staff even after the fixation is done the issue is same with me. You better not go to them with expectations that you will walk out looking what you expected. All they do is same hair to everyone!!!!
