I had the IS Clinical Fire & Ice facial done yesterday at Hair Silk in Jumeirah, and I honestly loved the whole experience! ✨ The facial itself was amazing my skin felt so fresh and clean afterwards. But what really stood out was the cosmetologist. She explained everything in such a professional and calming way I felt completely taken care of. Also, the receptionist was super polite and welcoming, which made the whole visit even more pleasant. The overall atmosphere in the salon is beautiful, relaxing, and very clean. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for quality facial treatments and a lovely service 💆🏻‍♀️🤍

I had major issues and pain due to my ingrown toe nails for several years. I’ve been to so many salons in Dubai in past 10 years and had given up on even trying to have anything done by a Podologist again because my previous experiences at other salons were horrific and only gave me toe nails infections. When I randomly booked my pedicure at Hair Silk and met the lovely Podologist Uliana, I was hesitant to even try the medical pedicure because I didn’t believe Uliana when she told me she could sort my ingrown nail issues. Uliana turned out to be super knowledgeable and experienced in her field. She works very thorough and is very patient with her clients. Uliana did an excellent job with my medical pedicure and advised me to apply a specific fluid for ingrown toe nails. I didn’t have much hope or trust at first but gave it a try and already after 2-3 sessions, Uliana had managed to heal years-long toe nail pain that I was going through. I can finally wear closed shoes again for the first time in years. Thanks a million to Uliana for her friendly and caring nature, expertise, effort and patience that she puts into dealing with this type of complex toe nails issues. I am lucky to have found such an expert who made my life so much better and easier now 🏼 Whether you have any toe nails issues or are just looking for a perfect pedicure, I’d 1000% recommend you see Uliana! For manicures, I’d highly recommend Maftuna and Kamila who are both brilliant in what they do ❤️
