4 months agoNIGHTMARE I had one of the most traumatic experiences of my life: I lost my hair. I asked for a brown hair color, and he bleached it very harshly leaving me a platinum blonde, even though I had clearly stated that I didn't want to damage my hair under any circumstances. After six long hours of torture (as he pulled my hair in every direction being brutal) my hair turned into chewing gum and fell out. I paid an exorbitant price, I was in tears and the staff was disrespectful and insensitive. They didn't even acknowledge their wrongdoing and insisted that I pay while I was in distress. These people shouldn't even have the right to touch your hair!!!!!!!!

3 months agoVery beautiful interior design, qualified hair and nail technicians. Great prices! Nice gel polish palette. Did my manicure and pedicure with both Dior and Chanel ladies, they did well. Recommend. Happy to have this salon next to my home.

4 months agoI had the absolute best experience with Mr. Adam at the salon. He gave me the most perfect butterfly-effect blow dry exactly how I imagined it, maybe even better! His attention to detail, technique, and patience truly stand out. Not only is he incredibly skilled, but he also made the whole experience feel so comfortable and luxurious.
