I had a deeply disappointing and upsetting experience at Fadi Rashwani Salon after receiving a Tokio Inkarami treatment. Instead of nourishing and hydrating my hair as promised, the treatment left my hair dry, brittle, with breakage from the roots and a burned smell. The condition of my hair worsened dramatically. When I raised my concerns respectfully, the owner dismissed me, accused me of lying, and offered no apology or solution. In fact, I was met with rudeness, aggression, and complete lack of professionalism — including inappropriate late-night calls, shouting, and verbal mistreatment. It was beyond unacceptable. Additionally, I was overcharged. I paid AED 1,200, yet was never issued a receipt. I later learned from other clients that prices are inconsistently and unfairly inflated, with some being charged AED 1,500 or more for the exact same treatment. For transparency: the actual cost of Tokio is AED 800, and the haircut AED 400. The rest is simply manipulation at reception. I initially considered returning to let them assess the damage, but quickly realized I no longer feel safe or respected in that environment. Based on my experience, I do not believe the staff has the professional integrity or technical competence expected from a reputable salon. I chose this salon hoping for expert care and honesty. Sadly, I experienced neither. I’m sharing this to protect other women from going through the same. When we invest in our beauty and well-being, we deserve respect, ethics, and quality — not blame, excuses, and emotional abuse. I have since found professional experts who treated me with care and are helping me on my long journey to restore my hair. I will never return to this salon and do not recommend it to anyone. Some people should simply not be in this profession. I truly hope this kind of treatment does not continue to harm others.

I visited this salon almost a year ago and had a very disappointing experience. I had originally booked an appointment with Fadi, but when I arrived, two different men ended up doing my highlights. I clearly showed them the look I was going for — soft highlights only on the ends — but instead, they bleached my thin hair heavily and used a completely different technique. The result was not what I asked for at all. My roots were bleached, even though I specifically requested highlights only at the ends and showed them a reference photo. On top of that, the bleaching process severely damaged my hair. My ends started breaking during blow-drying because they clearly didn’t account for how fine my hair is and left the product on for too long. Overall, I did not get the result I wanted, my hair was damaged, and the stylists didn’t listen to my request. I do not recommend this salon.

The Beast Salon is AMAZING! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warmth and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. And Alaa? He's a hair wizard! Seriously, the best blow dry I've ever had. My hair looks and feels incredible. Highly recommend!
