I visited this salon for the first time since it’s conveniently located next door. I truly appreciate their professionalism, organization, and discipline throughout the entire experience. The team did an excellent job on my gel nails, paying great attention to detail and ensuring a flawless finish. I’m very impressed with the quality of their work and the friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I visited this salon after many years, trusting them with something very important to me — my hair. I specifically requested a brown hair color, clearly communicated it, and made sure the stylist understood exactly what I wanted. Despite all of that, the result was red, not even close to what I asked for. When I pointed it out, I wasn’t taken seriously. Instead, I was told it “looks brown because of the lighting in the salon.” I’m not naive, it was clearly red, and the lighting excuse was just insulting. I called to complain, hoping for accountability. Sadly, there was none. After multiple follow-ups, they casually told me I could “visit again and they’ll fix it.” But it’s not just about fixing a color mistake, it’s about trust and hair health. Recoloring means more damage to my hair, and they clearly didn’t care. What’s even more disappointing is that they seem more invested in influencers and sponsored posts than they are in their regular, paying customers. I expected better, both in professionalism and in customer care. Oh! I forgot to mention the white hair! It didn't even covered that also!!

My favorite place for nails, eyebrows and hair especially with (my favorite person who always knows what I want and what I like Fam , and the sweetest girl Jonalyn , The owner of the magic hand Anna i really like her massage 💆🏼‍♀️, and the lovely Zainab who always do my eyebrows ❤️

If you’re looking for an amazing lash service, Ask for Michelle❤️ Have been coming to her for over a year now, and NO ONE understands the precise lash look I ask for, better than her. I am super picky and she is super attentive to details, really takes her time during each session for each eye, I rarely have to come back for refills because my sets last for so long and she just does something with the eye shape that makes it look 10x times better (she doesn’t use clusters which is great for your natural lashes= less damage). Elata salon has also been my favorite for all different types such as their hands paraffin treatment, so definitely give that a try.
