6 months agoTerrible experience! Lashes done earlier this week. Technician 30 mins late, costing me extra childcare fees. Despite showing a photo of the natural lash look I wanted, the result was ridiculously dramatic. Technician then plucked out lashes to fix it (damaging my natural lashes!), and a random stranger showed up at my house unannounced during the appointment. Now, less than a week later, they're already falling out unevenly. Avoid this salon at all costs ā¦

8 months agoDo not use this company and their hairstylists - they do not have qualifications and burnt my hair, no explanation, no refund ( see picture) Lady who came was blurred,she wss 20 mins late, had some dirty towel, came into my house with shoes on, extremely bad experience Didn' t take any pins, said that forgot

a year agoIf you're thinking of getting a Botox treatment for your hair, this is not the right place. I had a Botox hair treatment that damaged my hair, and now my hair feels like straw. The first day was amazing; my hair was smooth. The next day, the nightmare began. I wish I could get my old hair back. I just feel like I've been scammed.
