I had a booking for 11:30 with Abigail but arrived early at 11. I mentioned I was happy to wait, but was instead seated with another staff member. The service began without any discussion about my brow preferences or shape, which I would have appreciated. As a result, my brows ended up thinner than I would have liked, something that could have been avoided if I’d been asked. The dye was also not removed from the brow beginning earlier, hence resulting in boxy brows. At the start, I asked that no pressure be placed on my nose as it’s still healing from surgery, but unfortunately this wasn’t fully observed. I also don’t think it’s sanitary to use the same brow gel stick for every customer without cleaning or replacing it between uses. The end result still needed some tweezing, which I wouldn’t have expected after a professional appointment. Disappointing, I was excited about this place. If you give customers the option to book with a specific staff member, those choices should be respected, as they are part of the reason people book where they do.

I had an amazing experience at this salon! The place is clean, cozy, and very professional. The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming, she made me feel comfortable right away. Her work is truly impressive; my lashes have never looked this good! You can tell she cares about every detail and takes real pride in what she does. I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted, and I love them. Since moving to Dubai I have struggled to find somewhere I like, I have thick eyebrows and threading can be quite painful but they handled me with such care and also they have so my options for brows which I liked. I’ll 100% be back

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I got my lashes done here, but within just two days I lost about 50% of them ( I put on lash extensions since more than 2 years and i know the exact instructions and how to take care of ) When I went back to explain what happened and asked for help, the lash stylist was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of trying to fix the problem or even acknowledge it professionally, she blamed me for “complaining too late” after two days !!!! and refused to do anything about it. I would expect better customer service and accountability from any reputable salon. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place if you want quality work and respectful treatment.

I drove 45 minutes to get to Elena, and I’d do it again in a heartbeat. The moment she finished, I honestly didn’t want to leave the mirror. I’ve never seen my eyebrows look this good! She’s not just talented, she’s an artist. I didn’t even think my brows had this kind of potential! Thank you for transforming my face and making me feel so confident. Highly, highly recommend!
