2 months agoA few hours ago, I had a haircut at your Satwa branch, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The haircut itself did not meet my expectations in terms of quality, and more concerning, the razor used actually caused a wound on my head. This is not the level of professionalism or care I expected, especially from a brand like yours. I hope you take this feedback seriously and look into what went wrong during my visit. I would appreciate a response and some clarity on how such incidents are handled.

2 weeks agoVery, very bad experience at the Satwa branch. I did a hair protein treatment, and while it looked nice after they ironed it, once I washed my hair, it became even more damaged. We do hair protein and keratin treatments to make our hair healthier, but what’s the point if it ends up worse than our original hair? I highly do not recommend this salon. Their prices are also very expensive compared to other salons. I will never go back to this salon again. I wouldn’t even give one star, but since it’s required to post, I had no choice but to give one star.

The staff was very helpful, professional, and friendly, making the whole process smooth and comfortable. They took the time to explain each step and ensured my hair was well cared for throughout the treatment. The pricing is reasonable compared to other salons, and the quality of service is definitely worth it. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great salon experience. Will definitely be coming back!

The stylist, known as "Marvs," did not fully adhere to my request regarding the trimming of my hair tips. In light of this, I suggest that management consider implementing training and evaluation programs for all staff members. This could help ensure that they are fully equipped to meet their work responsibilities effectively.
