Wosrt nail experience . Paid 850 dirhem for these. THIS IS FRESH OUT OT SALON . And let’s not mention how my fingers and toes were bleeding and am still burning and in pain .

This is my second visit to the salon. First time was immaculate, I loved the job done, my technician was great and the ambience was good. Moving on to my second visit, the nail master I asked for wasn't working there anymore so I was allocated to someone else after I specifically asked for someone highly qualified. I turn up at the salon and my appointment was mixed up (I was asked to wear a robe and sit in the private room for many and pedi - never booked a pedi); not a problem a simple mistake. I was asked if I wanted a drink: a glass of water please; never delivered. Now onto the job, the technician wasn't speaking any English whatsoever so impossible to communicate. I specifically asked for a paper clip extension and was given the polygel reconstruction which I absolutely hate because it looks fake and thick on the nail; wasn't listened, so we move on. I kept asking to shorten my nails, and I wasn't being understood, so after 3,4 times asking the same thing I guess anyone would just go silent. Moving on, I sat on that chair for 3 hours and after maybe one hour, the salon was completely empty, no clients; I have never experienced being in a "VIP" salon and see employees on their phones scrolling through loud reels, smoking electronic cigarettes, and completely disregard that they're at work and there's still a client next to them, and that includes technicians and receptionist. That just shows the lack of professionalism and cordiality towards their clients who pay gold for poorly performed manicures. Further more, the receptionist clearly saw my face was very unhappy and approached me after 3 hours. I approached the till and when I was asked how everything went I replied saying that I will message them later, that I am very late for work and won't have time to talk. Perhaps I should've said something there and then, but I was genuinely very late for work and couldn't waste any more time at the salon, having been there 3 hours. I had then proceed to message them later and the responses were just so poor and clearly from someone who has no customer service understanding, obviously only after money, and just badly mannered. They tried to guilt trap me with a "you didn't say anything" and offered me to get the same technician to fix the job, in which I had of course refused because I certainly won't be sitting down 3 more hours and get the same person to do my nails after their job was badly performed. End of the story, after spending 450 Dirham (94 pounds £!!!) at this so called "VIP Luxury Nail Salon", I am left with the most fake looking mani I ever received, and no resolutions whatsoever aside from a fake apology and a "we'll get you a different technician next time". Will never return

The prices is very high, they charged me extra , I literally pain 900 for my nails and pedicure , insane it’s like I’m doing filler, I literally paid 900 for this and I did it yesterday

I’ve been doing manicure here 2 times. Both times with Nata, first time one nail got shrinked as there was too much material and it wasn’t dried properly, but I ignored since it was just 1 nail and I noticed it late, when I came to do my nails again she said it’s just because yellow color is complicated. Second time I requested black and gold design, I showed reference and asked if she can do - she said sure. On the photo you can see my second manicure of 1 week old done again by top Art technician Nata. I paid 290aed +VAT for this. When I asked why my gold faded in 1 week the reply was: maybe the base wasn’t suitable and she see such a case for the first time, there were no apologies no solution to correct it. Honestly myself I see such a result from a top technical with 10 years experience (as she always like to mention during manicure) for the first time. If you put high price for the manicure of nail artist because she is an expert how you can accept such a quality??? I can’t even wear it for 1 week and again I paid 290aed... for what??? Moreover my manicure should be black, she put UV top for me which makes it dark blue... once again, is she really an expert? The only good point in her manicure- she is really fast, but so far that’s it. Very regrettable, can’t recommend.
