a week agoI had high expectations with this salon as its next to my home and seemed great, but their quality is poor for the prices they charge. They lack some basic tools like fans for drying up regular nail Polish, and they use products to dry instead, that ruined my pedicure. They had to re-do it twice to try to fix it, but it didn't work (regular Polish pedicure is 65 dollars, so you should expect top-notch service!) It happened me twice that the nail artist didn't speak English, so I could not communicate what I wanted. I am unfortunately not coming back.

2 months agoI used to be a loyal customer for over 4 years, regularly visiting both branches. Unfortunately, it seems my favorite nail artists no longer work there—and the attitude I experienced today was unacceptable. The quality has clearly dropped. After applying the gel, there were visible bubbles and it cracked at the end. I pointed it out politely, but two of their so-called top nail artists insisted it was fine. Even another customer agreed it needed to be fixed, yet the staff ignored it and responded with a completely unprofessional attitude. When I first started coming here, the rating was around 4.9. Now it’s dropped to 4.5—and honestly, it shows. In the end, I had the gel removed and walked out. Extremely disappointing

4 months agoIt was surprisingly easy to get an appointment, even for the next day. Studio is modern and staff is very polite. I got my nails done in no time. They pay sttention to every single detail, and do miraculous job. I will be going back for sure.

2 months agoWas a breeze to book via Classpass. Beautiful small salon. I had one of the most relaxing lymphatic facial massages with Karen. My face felt very lifted and light afterwards. She is very friendly too!
