If you are considering doing your lips with Dr. Svetlana here at Roxana, I advise you not to. Here is why… I had my lips done with Dr. Svetlana last year. It was only in recent times that I realized I had many bumps under my top and bottom lip. I paid over 350 aed at Roxana to get my lips dissolved by Dr. Svetlana. After the 1st session of dissolver i saw ZERO difference. The lumps were still there, still big. I booked my second time and after the second time of her dissolving it, the bumps were only smaller by 20%. I have tried to explain to the assistant of Dr. Svetlana how this is unprofessional and this shouldn’t happen especially after getting the bumps dissolved TWICE! Professionaly, the bumps should have been dissolved after the first time. Dr. Svetlana was just soo rude about it. She never even properly examined my lips. She honestly couldn’t care less. Not once did she try to change her technique or look further into my issue. I tried to book my 3rd appointment to have the bumps dissolved and they didn’t accept and actually asked me to pay again! It amazes me how much they don’t care that the service which I PAID FOR never ended up successful. At the end of the day it was Dr Svetlana’s filler techniques that created the bumps in the first place. And she is the one who can’t manage to fix my lips. I hope you re-think your decision about going to Roxana Aesthetics. There are plenty of technicians in Dubai who will give you beautiful lips, without any complications. At the end of the day, if a clinic does not care about their clients’ problems that was created by their own employees, that tells you a lot about money versus quality.
