a week agoI’ve visited many wellness centres, but this place truly stands out. The staff are exceptionally polite, friendly, and professional especially Ms. Fadia And Doctor yamen Al ahmad who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The entire experience was smooth, relaxing, and genuinely pleasant. I highly recommend this centre to anyone seeking quality care and a warm atmosphere.

3 weeks agoThe place is looks fancy super fancy the doctor has really good reputation but the organization and time management is at next level ! you may get a 6 pm appointment but enter at 9 pm, personally I waste 2 hours just to check if the place is covered by insurance. I think all patients here today are coming to visit the urology doctor. Yes they have a free coffee machine. I read the 1 start review and I thought ok maybe it exaggerated comments but unfortunately this is true for the time management point. They really need to do a lot of work to enhance this particular point. The receptionist says that sometime the doctor stays until 2am.

a month agoI had a positive experience at the clinic, and I can't speak highly enough about Rosita, the pharmacist. She was simply exceptional—professional, diligent, and genuinely committed to her work. When my insurance encountered some technical difficulties, Rosita took charge, making repeated calls to the insurance company despite their unresponsiveness, all to ensure I got my medicine. Her perseverance and dedication were truly remarkable, and I'm incredibly grateful to have encountered such a professional in Dubai . ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for Rosita . The doctor I saw was also fantastic, and the clinic itself was a peaceful haven with its quiet ambiance and calming music. On the flip side, I did find the waiting time to see the doctor to be a bit long, and the first time patient online registration process was quite extensive. Addressing these would make the overall experience even smoother.
